IMPORTANT NOTICE TO FOREIGN COMPANIES ATTENDING THE 2010 EXPO

Due to increased costs in sending The Letters of Invitation for your company personnel to attend the Expo, we will no longer write the invitation letters after August 1st, 2010 for this year’s event.  Furthermore, all additional letters requested after two letters have been mailed will have a fee of $50 per letter assessed.

We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Please be sure to list all persons you wish to invite on the first letter.
